IF YOU ARE ILL, INJURED OR
UNABLE TO TAKE PART FOR PERSONAL
REASONS
use the following procedures and we
will guarantee you an entry for the
2009 event.
Please note that all fees are non
refundable but entries and camping
fees can be transferred to 2009.
If
you have to withdraw and want to
transfer your entry this is what you
must do.
1)
Return a copy of your registration
form to this address: Withdrawals,
Wessex Enduro, The Old Rectory,
Sutton Montis, Nr Yeovil Somerset,
BA22 7HD latest postmark 21st May
2008.
2)
If you become ill or injured after
you have collected your registration
pack, return it to the Help Desk in
Registration at Hadpsen House before
4pm on Sunday 25th May or
post it to the address above, latest
postmark 24th May
2008. Ill or injured people who
withdraw from the 2008 event will be
accepted for the 2009 race unless
they have already carried their
entry over from the 2007 event or if
the entry was received from a
charity or sponsor.
Cyclists will need to reapply to
Pendragon Sports for an 'Ill or
Injured' entry form for the 2009
Tour of Wessex by the 31st December
2008.
WE
RECOMMEND YOU RETURN THE ENTRY BY
RECORDED DELIVERY. LATE ENTRY FORMS
WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES.
